What's for dinner?

I just took some big mushrooms and sliced them and put them in a plastic bag with a marinade of rape seed oil, vinegar, spices and garlic. They will be fried or grilled in a little bit and eaten with some grilled beef and garlic baked baby potatoes and a salad. We're busy here tonight and my youngest daughter and her friend will do most of the cooking. i am looking forward to enjoying this with a glass of red wine. Cooking is often easier than we think. if you use simple and natural ingredients it doesn't have to take a lot of time. Keep it simple and choose healthy and natural ingredients and you've got it made. Enjoy you meal!
